2026 Spring/Summer

the
Healing Lineage

As an island nation surrounded by the sea, Taiwan is defined by a humid and subtropical climate where environmental moisture and bodily conditions are deeply intertwined. Prolonged exposure to air-conditioned interiors, sedentary routines, high stress levels, and irregular daily rhythms have shaped a contemporary physical state often described in traditional Chinese medicine as Qi deficiency combined with dampness. CHARINYEH Spring/Summer 2026 draws inspiration from the core principles of traditional Chinese wellness philosophy—tonifying Qi, dispelling dampness, and restoring the body’s fundamental balance. Integrating the Five Elements system with ideas of natural self-healing, the collection translates these invisible processes into a contemporary fashion language. Here, clothing is envisioned not merely as an external layer, but as a subtle energetic field—an invisible yet gentle current that flows between body and mind, quietly accompanying the wearer toward physical and emotional equilibrium.
